New Triggs F-5 Mandolin built to 1923 Loar specifications. It features an even grain red spruce top and an Eastern Maple back, neck, and sides. This mandolin has bone body points including an elk bone nut. Our new Burnin' Urn logo is inlaid in the peghead. It has all nickel hardware including gotoh tuners. It also features our satin finish. This mandolin was built in the same batch as the one that Wayne Benson is playing on tour. We have another Fern style mandolin from that group that will be available in 3-4 weeks. For sale is one BRAND NEW Triggs F5 Mandolin. It features Eastern Maple Back, Neck, and Rim wood and a Red Spruce top. It has a flat fingerboard with a mother of pearl nut and faux plastic frets after the 22nd fret. This mandolin was internally built for a 1928 Fern sound. It is similar in tone to the Mandolin that we built for Bobby Clark that sounds phenomenal. Price including a hard shell case is $7250 plus shipping.
For Sale is one brand new Triggs custom acoustic guitar hand built by Jim and Ryan Triggs in their Kansas City area shop. This guitar features a sitka spruce top, and mahogany neck, back and rims. 25 1/2" ebony fingerboard, Grover stairstep tuning keys, and a satin lacquer finish. This guitar has scalloped bracing and was constructed in typical dreadnaught fashion. Price is $1850 but please don't hesitate to make us an offer.

For sale is one Triggs Fern F-Style Mandolin. This is the first Fern I've made since I left Gibson. This mandolin features a red spruce top, traditional eastern maple back, rims, and neck, and traditional Fern inlay pattern in the peghead that was based off the original Gibson Fern blueprints from the early 1920's. It has a satin finish with a color very similar to the mandolin that we made for Bobby Clark which can be seen on the Benson & Clark page. The back of the neck has been stripped for added playability. You can get up and down the neck very easily with no finish getting in your way. This is an outstanding looking and sounding mandolin.
