Triggs Mandolins       

NEW F-STYLE MODEL: $4495

We're debuting a new 30th anniversary reissue model for 2012. This F-style mandolin will feature the same peghead  specifications that Jim used on his f-style mandos back in 1982. The body construction is similar to our higher priced Loar style mandolins that start around $6500. This model will be hand made by Jim and Ryan in their Lawrence, KS shop and will feature a solid spruce top and solid maple neck, back, and rims. It will also have a 1 1/8" nut width, a rosewood fingerboard, and either Gotoh or Grover tuners. We'll only be making a limited number of these instruments this year and at this low price we will not be offering any customizations. The first one is still in progress so stay tuned for additional photos and more details as we near completion.

UPDATE: We're currently applying the finish to this mandolin. As soon as it's out of the spray booth we'll have updated pictures.
